The second Bogalusa Blues & Heritage Festival happens September 28 with a lineup includes Walter Trout, Ana Popovic, Paul Thorn, and Vasti Jackson, among others. Last year's inaugural festival honored Bogalusa native Henry Roeland Byrd, AKA Professor Longhair; this year's tribute is to Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown.
