The 5th annual Mid-City Bayou Boogaloo is on Friday, May 21, through Sunday, May 23, on the banks of Bayou St. John in New Orleans. Founded after Hurricane Katrina to restore the social fabric of Mid-City, this free music festival raises funds for charities supported by the Mothership Foundation.

This year's headliners include Bill Summers & Jazalsa, Benny Turner & Real Blues (a tribute to Marva Wright), Walter "Wolfman" Washington, and BeauSoleil with Tab Benoit, and there'll be plenty of hand-crafted art and delicious food. Check out the complete performance schedule!

WWOZ will broadcast live from Bayou Boogaloo — stay tuned to this page for details!
