Come out to the kickoff of One Book One New Orleans' 2016 events season, Red Beans and Read! On Monday, August 15, from 6:00-8:00pm, join us at the Ooh Poo Pah Doo Bar, where the author of this year's book selection, Dr. Kim Vaz-Deville, will be on hand to sign books. There will be a special appearance by the Gold Digger Baby Dolls, and in keeping with the much-loved New Orleans tradition, red beans and fried chicken will be on the menu.
