The Backstreet Cultural Museum is hosting its 9th Arts & Activism Fundraiser on Thursday, February 18 from 6-9p at The Foundation Gallery (1109 Royal St). The evening will include libations and a set from Bruce 'Sunpie' Barnes at 7p. The event also serves as a celebration of the final days of the Momentum Indumenta Costume show.

The Backstreet Cultural Museum is an active community organization created by photographer/videographer Sylvester Francis that supports the Treme and its processional traditions.

100% of the proceeds from the door and 25% of proceeds from sales will benefit the Museum. $10-$15 suggested donation.
